Rakesh Kumar, PCS (Retd.)

Rakesh Kumar is a distinguished retired officer of the Punjab Civil Services (Executive Branch), with over 33 years of experience in public administration and governance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Communication and an LL.B. degree. He has also served in the Judicial Service as a PCS (Judicial Branch) officer — a rare combination of executive and judicial expertise that gives our clients a uniquely well-rounded advisor.

His career spans extensive work in administration, revenue matters, service laws and local regulations. Known for his professionalism and integrity, he continues to provide expert consultancy in real estate approvals, legal compliance and regulatory matters across Punjab.

Parvinder Singh Sarao

Parvinder Singh Sarao is a former Joint Deputy Director from the Department of Local Government, Punjab, with over 35 years of distinguished service. An LL.B. graduate, he has served in several key capacities within the department, gaining a working knowledge of the system that few outside advisors can match.

He brings extensive experience in local governance, municipal administration and regulatory processes, along with deep knowledge of statutory and procedural matters. Recognised for his integrity and dedication, he offers high-value advisory support on local government regulations, approvals and compliance for our real estate and corporate clients.

Rajesh Kumar Sharma

Rajesh Kumar Sharma is a retired Executive Officer from the Department of Local Government, Punjab, with more than 30 years of experience in public service. An LL.B. graduate, he has served in multiple capacities within the department, building strong on-ground expertise in municipal systems.

His core strengths lie in municipal administration, regulatory processes and compliance matters.
